As a Pastry Chef de Partie at Ottolenghi Islington, you will:
- Prepare, bake, and present a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to the highest standards.
- Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to develop and refine recipes, ensuring consistency and creativity in our pastry offerings.
- Manage your section efficiently, maintaining a well‑organised and clean workspace.
- Ensure all pastries and desserts meet our quality and presentation standards before leaving the kitchen.
- Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimizing food waste.
