What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Supervise and support front-of-house team members during service.
  • Prepare daily menus, allergen lists and collaborate closely with Back of House.
  • Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Ensure the venue is fully set up, maintained, and clean throughout service.
  • Support with opening and closing procedures, including cashbooks.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety and food safety regulations.
  • Provide team briefings, manage training and support with onboarding of new employees.
  • Support management with stock take when required.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in Floor Manager, Assistant, or Restaurant Manager.
  • A confident communicator who can motivate and support a team.
  • Genuine passion for guest service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Natural leadership presence with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using relevant IT systems.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
