Ottolenghi HQ & Test Kitchen is excited to announce the opening of our first restaurant in Edinburgh, Scotland in autumn 2026. We are looking for a talented Assistant General Manager to join our team. You will lead by example, oversee daily service, and support the General Manager in achieving financial objectives.

The ideal candidate will have management experience in a restaurant, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality.
