- What you’ll do
- Prepare and serve exceptional coffee, cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Work confidently across both coffee and bar functions.
- Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
- Maintain bar and coffee equipment to a high standard of cleanliness and performance.
- Manage stock for coffee, minimising waste and supporting ordering.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
- Support the wider team in other sections and adapt flexibly to service needs.
- What we’re looking for
- Previous barista experience in a specialty coffee or quality hospitality setting.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.
- Strong technical skills across coffee and cocktail preparation.
- A versatile, enthusiastic team player who thrives with variety.
