Ottolenghi Bicester Village is looking for a Front of House team member to join them on a full-time basis.

As a Front of House Assistant, you’ll be the face of Ottolenghi, welcoming customers into our shop, assisting with their purchases, and ensuring they have a wonderful experience. While the role primarily involves shop assistant duties, you will also be cross‑trained in other departments to support our diverse operations. This could include helping with table service or bar shifts, so flexibility and a proactive attitude are key.

The ideal Front of House Team Member at Ottolenghi Bicester Village will be:

  • Greeting our guests with a warm welcome
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations
  • Working with other team members to ensure a streamlined service
  • Assisting in other areas as needed, including bar shifts
  • Selling products with knowledge in our shop area

The ideal Front of House Team Member at Ottolenghi will have:

  • Experience in retail and/or hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills and a good level of English, both spoken and written
  • A positive friendly attitude
  • The ability and desire to provide exceptionally high levels of customer service to create exceptional experiences
