Chef de Partie

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team at Ottolenghi Bicester Village. Our kitchens are vibrant, creative, and fast-paced, with a focus on high-quality food made with care, passion, and attention to detail.

As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in preparing and delivering the dishes Ottolenghi is known for, while working closely with a talented team of chefs. You’ll bring energy, organisation, and consistency to your section, ensuring every plate reflects our standards of excellence.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and present dishes to Ottolenghi’s high standards
• Manage your section efficiently, keeping it organised and running smoothly
• Support your colleagues and work as part of a collaborative kitchen team
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Contribute ideas, creativity, and positivity to the kitchen

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong experience as a Demi Chef ready to step up)
• A genuine passion for food, flavour, and fresh ingredients
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow
