  • What you’ll do
  • Supervise the team during service, ensuring standards are met.
  • Train and support team members, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Manage daily operations including opening/closing, stock replenishment, and cash handling.
  • Ensure product displays, deli counters, and the shop floor are maintained to a high standard.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
  • Support the Shop Manager with admin, reporting, and operational planning.
  • What we’re looking for
  • Previous supervisory or senior retail/hospitality experience, 1+ years minimum
  • A passion for food and customer service.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
