The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will be mentored and developed in a career defining role. This position will support your career development by building on your accounting fundamentals and taking them to the next stage.
Key Duties:
- Client invoicing, administration, and month end reconciliation
- Management Accounts Prep
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase ledger
- Bank reconciliations, processing of payments and up to date bank records
- Revenue reporting to the business i.e., sales results and client spend data
- Distribution and processing of credit card statements
- Commission calculations for research team
- Maintenance of soft and hard finance filing systems
Your Profile
- Previous experience of finance administration
- Eager and enthusiastic in attitude
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with the wider business
