OTTO JAMES CONSULTING is supporting an SME business based in Hale to recruit a newly created Management Accounting position, reporting to the senior board of directors and managing a finance team.
The Management Accountant role has emerged following a restructure, providing increased exposure at senior level to finance and a focus on commercial information and added value to the business. As Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role by enhancing control measures around budgeting, forecasting and reporting, and by collaborating with non‑finance functions to incorporate internal and external operational variables.

Your Profile
Qualified accountant (including those in final examination) with strong commercial awareness, excellent communication, relationship building and process development skills. Ability to demonstrate the importance of finance in an internal and external stakeholder facing role.
