Otto James is supporting a Cheshire Tech Client in their search for a Finance Manager to head up a new revenue pillar. We are looking for a talented Finance Manager to join a leading Cheshire based organisation. For an ambitious and driven candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to continue up the career ladder, as you will work directly alongside the Group Financial Controller.
Your role will be to ensure financial processes are followed and the relevant tasks completed, so that accurate & timely information can be provided. The business is highly commercial & customer focused, so having the relevant information in the correct format is essential to drive key decision making.

- Involvement in & producing management accounts & overseeing the production of management accounts within the group.
- Line managing the Finance team, including supervising staff & assisting to manage workloads and prioritise tasks alongside PDRs & appraisals.
- Treasury management & cash flow forecasting.
- Overseeing payroll processing & checking monthly transactions for accuracy.
- Responsibility for day-to-day financial control systems, ensuring all staff are trained appropriately.
- Managing the Audit process including preparation for external auditors.
