This is a senior role where you’ll oversee the business operations that keep a modern legal practice running smoothly — from Finance and Facilities to IT Contracts, HSE, and Administration. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll ensure seamless day-to-day operations while driving improvements in efficiency, cost management, and client service. You’ll also lead and develop a team of 5–8 managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
