We are recruiting for a part-time customer service assistant to work at Otter Garden Centre, Wincanton.
This is a part-time working 4 days per week in our Furniture & Christmas departments.
Requirements
Duties will include
- Using the tills
- Helping customers with product enquiries and taking orders
- Using your detailed knowledge of the products in your department to increase sales
- Ensuring product layout is maintained to high standards
- Stock management, which will include managing all stock orders and deliveries
- Merchandising stock in line with company guidelines
The ideal candidate will
- Have excellent customer service & communication skills
- Be computer literate including Excel and Power Point
- Have warehouse experience including picking and packing of stock
- Be a strong team player
- Able to work on your own using your initiative
- Fork lift experience is desirable
Please note this role will involve heavy lifting.
Hours
This is a part-time role to work 4 days per week
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday 9am - 5pm
