We are recruiting for a Front of House Assistant to join our team at Otter Garden Centre in Plymouth. The position will require you to work alongside our friendly front of house team in the day to day running of the restaurant. We are looking for a hard working individual that is passionate about customer service and working as part of a team.
Duties will cover all aspects of front of house:
- Tills
- Serving drinks and cakes
- Running food from the kitchen
- Clearing & cleaning tables
Excellent customer service skills are essential. Hospitality experience will be an advantage. You should be able to work well within a team and work to a fast pace at busy times. An understanding of hygiene standards, including allergies, is important.
Otter Garden Centres are a leading independent retailer with seven garden centres across the South of England. Established over 50 years ago, we pride ourselves on our wide range of high-quality home-grown plants and the excellent customer service standards provided in our garden centres.
Days and Hours:
- Position 1: 3 days to include 1 weekend day (Saturdays), 24 hours a week, 8 hours a day. Typical rota between pm.
- Position 2: 4 days to include 1 weekend day (Saturdays), 24 hours a week, 6 hours a day. Typical rota between pm.
