Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage high-volume emails (over 1,000 daily) in Microsoft Outlook with speed and accuracy
  • Learn to complete customs declarations with precision
  • Prioritise and execute tasks within tight deadlines, managing multiple workflows
  • Support operations through data entry, customer communication, and workflow management
  • Participate in comprehensive training on customs procedures and compliance
  • Maintain professional communication with internal teams, customers, and customs authorities
