We are looking for someone who’s interested in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. You will report to the Store Manager on a regular basis, and you will work closely with them to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the reason guests keep coming back!

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the store is upholding our high standards which lead to us providing a great guest experience every time.

Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service & efficiently manage the day-to-day tasks of the store
  • Provide a great training experience of onboarding team members
  • Monitor stock levels and product wastage
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld with the store
  • Rostering
  • Developing plans to drive sales and improve customer experience

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in Retail or Hospitality
  • Previous leadership experience is desired but not necessary
  • Ability to lead a team environment
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Organisational skills & the ability to efficiently manage tasks
