Delivery Mates (the operating brand name of OTL) is a last-mile delivery company that serves customers in e-commerce, car parts distribution, pharmaceuticals, and other sectors.
We are looking for a maternity leave cover, intially 12 months contract which could lead to a permanent role of Accounting Assistant.
We are currently mainly working remotely, with some office days required (NW10, Park Royal).
Working hours are 40 per week.
Main job duties are:
- maintaining departmental spreadsheets, conducting data analysis
- working with sales and purchase ledgers
- supporting payroll
- credit control
- preparation of accounts
- reconciliation of finance accounts
- processing invoices and expense forms
- updating accounts systems
- working closely with individuals across the business at all levels
- analysis of sales
- analysis of drivers payments and helping out in preparing/processing those
Requirements
- intermediate/advanced Excel
- AAT Qualified
- knowledge of Xero a plus
- available for immediate start
- at least 1 year of experience in accounting role
