We’re now looking for a hands-on, detail-focused Quality & Compliance Manager to join our team. If you’re passionate about product safety, regulatory compliance, and working across a diverse range of product categories, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Trading, you’ll ensure our products meet all relevant UK, EU, and international regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with our product development teams, suppliers, and third-party QA partners to ensure full compliance from concept to shelf.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead compliance for multiple product categories, including home fragrance, cleaning, ambient food, pet treats, cosmetics, toys, and general merchandise
- Monitor and apply relevant UK, EU, and global legislation
- Manage technical documentation, conformity assessments, and Responsible Person duties
- Approve labelling and packaging artwork
- Conduct or oversee factory compliance audits and implement corrective actions
- Liaise with third-party QA advisors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate closely with teams in China, Poland, and our online division
- Maintain all packaging data and manage customer documentation requests
