We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and hands‑on Ecommerce & Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied and fast‑paced role that combines ecommerce management, digital marketing execution, and cross‑functional coordination. You’ll be responsible for maintaining our ecommerce platform, supporting marketing delivery across email and social channels, and ensuring activity is executed accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both detail‑oriented tasks and creative execution, and who is confident taking ownership of their workload while working closely with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Product uploads and catalogue maintenance
  • Pricing updates and discount setup
  • Prepare, cleanse and upload product and pricing data
  • Monitor and check order flow and platform accuracy
  • Support ongoing improvements to site content and usability
  • Own and manage the marketing calendar
  • Coordinate delivery of marketing activity across:
    • Website content
    • Social media platforms (inc. WhatsApp)
    • Sales team communications
  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather assets, copy and content
  • Draft and create marketing copy from key information and briefs, ensuring alignment with brand tone
  • Build, schedule and send email marketing campaigns
  • Execute and publish social media content across channels
  • Ensure all activity is delivered on time and to a high standard

Sales & Events Support

  • Coordinate logistics and administrative support for:
    • Trade shows
    • Sales team activity
  • Support the sales team with materials, information and organisation
  • Help ensure a consistent and professional customer experience across all touchpoints

This role reports directly to the Customer Experience & Digital Marketing Manager, with a dotted-line relationship to the Sales Director, ensuring strong alignment across ecommerce and commercial activity.
