Otis is growing and is looking for a maintenance mechanic for our entities located in the Glasgow region. Your priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out 100% of the elevator maintenance and service visits of the units within your territory.
- Performing routine service checks on several units across the region, recording and escalating your findings to the field manager.
- Reacting to sudden breakdowns, working with both passengers and the client to provide a technical solution to breakdown issues.
Requirements:
- Hold an NVQ level 3 in lift service, maintenance, or repair.
- Hold a UK driver's license.
- Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
- Curious, adaptable, and able to work alone or in a team.
- Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
