Connecting with them to ensure that KPI\’s are achieved and to understand frustrations, problems and issues coming through from the field. * Mentor field managers managers around customer escalations and how best to engage with a team a field based mechanics/engineers. * Be the face of the business, able to communicate professionally with customers, putting them at the heart of what we do. * Support with P&L management, able to direct your team to ensure maximum revenue generation.
