Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Sales Recapture Specialist to cover the south east region of England. The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on winning new maintenance contracts.
On a typical day you will:
- Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders
- Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets
- Use Otis sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
- Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
- Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues
What you will need to be successful:
- Degree educated, or equivalent to, with experience within a field sales based position.
- Experienced with technical sales ideally with experience in tender design and alterations to reflect the customers needs and wants.
- Customer focused approach to sales, with experience in working with your customers to build relationships.
