Role Overview

Otis is growing and is looking for a repairs engineer for one of our entities located in London. Your priority is to ensure that repairs are carried out on lifts you are programmed into on a daily basis.
On a typical day you will:
- Carry out various lift repairs on mainly OTIS equipment and some other equipment.
- Work within the London area, managing the portfolio of elevators within it.
- Respond proactively and quickly to the repairs for shutdowns.
- Carry out minor/major repairs to achieve continual operation of lifts.
- Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship.
What you will need to be successful:
- Hold a completed NVQ, or equivalent, within Lift service, repair or maintenance.
- Hold a drivers license.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the lift sector.
- You have good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
- You are a committed professional, with safety as your priority.
- You are comfortable communicating to others.
- You are curious, adaptable, and you know how to work alone or in a team.
- You are comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
