Otis is recruiting a Key Accounts Administrator to join our Service Delivery Team in Leicester. The role interfaces with internal and external customers from Otisline, with a Monday–Friday 8am–4pm schedule and opportunities to upskill across the customer service centre.
You will build relationships with key accounts, update clients and portals, and provide bespoke reports using the Otis CRM system while supporting account managers and keeping customers informed of progress.
