Otis is currently recruiting for a Contract Coordinator to be based in our Bristol Offices. The main goal of this role is to support the daily management of a large, high profile contract within South Wales, organizing on-time delivery of maintenance and repair works and supporting all operational and sales activity relating to the contract.

Deliver customer satisfaction and quality in order to ensure retention and sustainable long term growth of the contract.

As a Contract Coordinator, you will:

  • Maintain regular customer communication, preparation and delivery of reports for all equipment out of action and requiring repairs or upgrades.
  • Be the point of contact for customers for day to day enquiries, focused on resolution to minimize escalations.
  • Support preparation of quotations for repair/upgrade works from multiple sources.
  • Extract details from CRM system to support customers with regulatory/statutory compliance issues.
  • Support the operational team with any complaints investigation and resolution.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have building services industry experience, ideally with field service delivery.
