Otis is growing and we are recruiting to cover London Territory! The main goal is growing the renovation/modernization business and securing a second service life for customer and Otis.
On a typical day you will:
- Engage in conversation with customer to create awareness and need for renovation.
- Present the right OTIS solutions to customer and identify customer specific solutions.
- Create configuration pricing and quotes for standard Otis product in the full and partial range of renovation products.
- Close deals independently.
- Manage both the lower funnel as well as the upper funnel pipeline through CRM and E Log.
- Plan and forecast orders on annual, quarterly and monthly base.
- Collaborate with sales support and delivery team.
- Work in cross functional teams for complex bids/RFQ's.
- Be a role model and demonstrate commitment to The Absolutes in all daily work, decisions and in the environment created for your team.
- Focus on targeting growth from both on and off portfolio customers.
