Responsibilities

  • Carry out 100% of lift maintenance and service visits of the units within the London area.
  • Manage the portfolio of lifts across the London area.
  • Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first time fix.
  • Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation.
  • Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship.

Qualifications

  • Be NVQ, or equivalent, qualified within lift service, repair and/or maintenance.
  • Hold a valid UK drivers licence.
  • Have at least 24 months of experience in the lift industry.
  • Have good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
  • Be a committed professional with safety as priority.
  • Be comfortable communicating to others, and working alone or in a team.
  • Be comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
