Responsibilities
- Carry out 100% of lift maintenance and service visits of the units within the London area.
- Manage the portfolio of lifts across the London area.
- Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first time fix.
- Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation.
- Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship.
Qualifications
- Be NVQ, or equivalent, qualified within lift service, repair and/or maintenance.
- Hold a valid UK drivers licence.
- Have at least 24 months of experience in the lift industry.
- Have good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
- Be a committed professional with safety as priority.
- Be comfortable communicating to others, and working alone or in a team.
- Be comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
