We're looking for a Business Support Specialist to join Otis and support our Service Sales organisation. You'll work closely with Sales and colleagues across the business to ensure service contracts are reviewed, approved and processed accurately, while helping us manage contractual risk and compliance. On a typical day, you will:
- Review contracts and support Sales with contractual and compliance queries.
- Manage new service contracts through our Service Contract Management system.
- Support contract approvals, invoicing, credits and post-contract changes.
- Work with Credit Control on contractual queries and disputes.
- Maintain accurate contract records and support continuous improvement and standard work.
- Work in line with Otis safety, quality, ethics and compliance requirements. You will receive employment with the world market leader in a crisis-proof industry.
