As a qualified mechanic, it is essential that you have knowledge of elevator equipment and that you can apply elevator engineering principles to installation. You are qualified to install elevators to the standards set in your country. You hold a driver's license. You have at least 6 months of experience in the field of elevators, ideally acquired in the assembly activity or at least experience on site and/or installation. You have good electrical and mechanical skills. You are comfortable with plan reading and calculations. You have an appetite for technical products and new technologies. You appreciate manual trades as well as the satisfaction of seeing the finished work.
