Role Overview

Otis is growing and is looking for a Service Engineer for the London area.

Your priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of lifts and escalator units.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out 100% of the lift maintenance and service visits of the units within the London area.
  • Work within your defined area, managing the portfolio of lifts within it.
  • Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first time fix.
  • Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation.
  • Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 minimum.
  • Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
  • A committed professional with safety as your priority.
  • Comfortable communicating to others.
  • Curious, adaptable, and able to work alone or in a team.
  • Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
