Otis is growing and is looking for a maintenance mechanic for a service engineer role located at Northwest London Route. The role involves safely maintaining a portfolio of lifts and escalator units to ensure the safety of passengers.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine service checks on a number of units across the site, recording and escalating findings to the field manager.
- Be the face of the business, often providing updates to clients around work carried out.
- React to sudden breakdowns, working with both passengers and the client to provide a technical solution to breakdown issues.
