Role Overview: The role focuses on ensuring passenger safety by maintaining a portfolio of lifts and escalator units through planned and ad-hoc repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute repair work across a territory, from minor fixes to major refurbishments.
- Handle both contractual repairs and quoted repair work.
- Liaise directly with customers on site, building and maintaining good working relationships.
- Use electronic and digital tools to document and track work progress.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Escalator service, maintenance, or repair.
- Valid driver’s licence and within one hour commute of London.
- Minimum 24 months experience in the elevator sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering.
- Professional with safety as a priority, effective communicator, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
