Otis Elevator Company in Leicester is seeking a Customer Care Champion for the Lates shift. This 20-hour-per-week role runs 4pm–8pm, Monday to Friday, based at Grove Park. You will be the main interface between technicians, service delivery managers and customers, handling calls and emails and updating CRM.
You will need a passion for excellent customer service, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work under pressure as part of a collaborative Otisline team.
