Role objective
Provide single point of contact in the Operating Unit for all supply chain topics, including savings plans, lead and execution, payment term initiatives, and other supply chain initiatives. Work closely with OU and Country leadership to understand the needs of the customer and ensure delivery to expectations.
Typical responsibilities
- Act as single point of contact for the operating unit and its supply chain needs, working with internal and external stakeholders to provide effective solutions.
- Identify gaps in supply chain processes and collaborate with leadership to develop and implement solutions.
- Implement and action savings plans and alignment strategies.
- Coordinate savings plan and alignment with local finance and leadership.
- Analyze and manage payment terms.
- Handle local support requests via 'Service Now' tool.
- Support EMEA and Global Category Sourcing Teams with field & indirect agreements and opportunities; help convert non-cat purchases into standard catalogs.

Requirements
- MBA/MA/MS degree with 1+ years of experience or BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a group of buyers to achieve quality, cost, and service level targets, setting challenging goals and providing coaching.
- Proven ability to work across teams, communicate clearly, align objectives, and take initiative in serving stakeholders.
- Capacity to take ownership of challenges, accurately define problems and reprioritise as needed.
- Experience with Global JDE & associated systems (K2) and Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Forms).
- Ability to work with cross‑functional groups, including sales, engineers, and supplier quality.
- Must be able to work in and fully support a team environment.
- Multi‑lingual a plus.
- Full driving licence and car.
