Otis is now seeking to recruit a Project Planner to provide a professional planning and scheduling service covering all aspects of the Pan TFL (London Underground) project’s operations in support of the business deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in establishing, updating and maintaining the project control business systems (P6) ensuring the integrity of all underpinning schedule, cost, change and risk inputs.
  • Provide support and process to allow the project to capture scope, schedule, cost, performance, risk, assurance and health and safety information.
  • Set-up a fully resourced, baseline schedule, that integrates time, cost and scope, ensuring that the supplier schedules are fully integrated with the output of a credible critical path.
  • Ensure schedule, cost (actual & estimate to complete), risk, change and report data integrity is maintained through the life of the project.
  • Provide regular reports on project progress, including resource loading, earned value forecasting and reporting which integrate to provide monthly project reports, published to client deadlines.
  • Assist with planning and progress meetings and workshops as required and challenge supplier progress claims.
  • Provide support and assistance to the team in production of all project related documentation.

  • Extensive experience using and implementing Primavera P6
  • Microsoft Project experience
  • Advanced excel skills – essential

  • Project Management Governance
  • Good knowledge of NEC Contract
  • Experience in a relevant industry – i.e Lift/Escalator Industry, Construction, Rail, Utilities, Property Management
