Job Title: Operations Manager
Role Overview

As an Operations Manager, you\’ll provide overall leadership for the Field Managers, Project Managers, Testers, including EH&S. Manage these teams in efficient and safe resource allocation, Mod Execution, and delivering Customer Experience.
Team Management
- Coaching the field supervisors
- Team meetings including weekly huddles
- Performance Management and Development (e.g., face-to-face 121’s, coaching, training plans, ER Cases)
- Support hiring process with Talent Acquisition support when necessary
- Other line management and controls (expense approval, time off)
- Drive technology and process improvement adoption within the team to support productivity and customer satisfaction
EHS Activities
- Lead and drive safety culture. Monitor completion and ensure field supervisor compliance inline with Otis safety policy.
- Conduct required number of Management Audits, Vehicle Audits, etc.
- Role model and demonstrate unwavering commitment to The Absolutes in all daily work, decisions, and in the environment created for your team.
Field Delivery KPIs
- Drive and monitor actions for Field Supervisors to achieve KPI’s and activity inputs that lead to KPI delivery.
- Compile field delivery forecasting
OT Financial Growth
- Support and work closely with sales team and OT lead to encourage targeted business growth across all revenue streams.
- Lead and participate in project contract reviews and SIP/MSIP
- Support teams Debt action close out
Customer
- Onsite customer meetings in collaboration with Supervisors, Account Managers, and OT lead
- Drive completion of customer field-related queries and lead respective customer escalations close out
