What to Expect:

OTIS offers one of the most comprehensive Apprenticeship schemes in the lift industry. As an apprentice, you will work within a supportive team, undertaking on-the-job and classroom learning to obtain an NVQ3 qualification, essential for a career as a Lift and Escalator Engineer.

Your training will be supported by OTIS and our training partner. Once qualified, you will perform routine service visits, carry out repairs, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, and keep customers informed.

Who We Are Looking For:

• 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C/4 and above, including Maths, English, and a STEM subject.
• A willingness to attend and complete the required training throughout the Apprenticeship.

Salary:

• Year 1: £15,709
• Year 2: £20,948
• Year 3: £28,800
