Otis Elevator Co. in Leicester is seeking a Key Accounts Administrator to join our Service Delivery Team. You will be the primary interface between internal and external customers, supporting account managers and handling reporting through our Otis CRM system.
Working Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, you will build strong relationships with key clients, update portals, close work orders, and keep customers informed on progress while upskilling across the centre.
