Job Title: Trainee Escalator Engineer
Location: Otis London, 96 Great Suffolk Street, Southwark, London, SE1 0BE
Overview
We are recruiting a Trainee Escalator Installation Engineer based in London. You will work alongside a qualified engineer learning how to service, repair and work on escalators while completing your NVQ Level3 qualification. The role covers projects across the Pan TfL network within London and the South East.
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting and routine maintenance on escalators.
- Work to all current health & Safety guidelines and adhere to company policy.
- Work towards obtaining your NVQ3 qualification.
Qualifications
- Have a recognised qualification or strong aptitude in an electrical or mechanical discipline and be willing to study to become an NVQ Level3 qualified Escalator Engineer.
- Ideally, candidates will have a valid CSCS card and experience working within a construction environment.
- Be hardworking, loyal and flexible.
- Live a commutable distance from the centre of London.
