Role Overview:
Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Customer Care Champion working within our Dispatch team, based in Leicester. The hours of work will be 8am-4pm. Acting as the primary interface between our internal and external customers you will be dispatching technicians appropriately according to Work Orders.
On a typical day you will:
- Dispatch Work Orders to the correct technician after verifying the issue remotely and ensuring a prompt response time
- Liaise with customers when needed
- Manage your availability to receive technician and customer calls
- Ensure the CRM is up to date
