The role focuses on ensuring passenger safety by maintaining a portfolio of elevator units within your defined geographical territory.
Responsibilities
- Carry out 100% of elevator maintenance and service visits for units within your territory.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns, aiming for first‑time fixes.
- Perform minor repairs to keep units operational.
- Liaise directly with customers on site to build good working relationships.
Qualifications
- Hold an NVQ3 in Lifts maintenance mechanics (or equivalent) in your country.
- Possess a valid driver’s licence.
- Have solid knowledge of electrical systems and engineering.
- Prioritise safety and demonstrate professional commitment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Adaptable, able to work independently or within a team.
- Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
