Responsibilities

  • Secure modernisation opportunities through existing relationships with direct clients, lift consultants and on‑portfolio clients, and convert these opportunities into orders processed through internal booking to handover to operations.
  • Identify and develop new customers through close networking and a proactive customer visit plan.
  • Acquire the internal safety accreditation required to conduct site surveys for modernisation and full replacements safely and with minimal risk.
  • Plan sales activity and strategy with the Modernisation Sales Director, covering workload planning and customer analysis.

Qualifications

  • Successful sales experience in a related industry.
  • High energy, driven, and a winning mentality.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Technical acumen.
  • Experience in lift modernisation, major repairs or new equipment is preferred.
