Otis Elevator Company is searching for highly motivated Field Operations Trainees for a Summer 2026 start date, who will be trained and developed in various operations departments. This includes New Equipment, Modernization and/or Service to prepare you to succeed in a field operations role in a branch office. This is an entry-level, salaried position and offers excellent benefits!

Essential Responsibilities

  • Meeting with customers to ensure obligations and expectations are achieved
  • Maintaining customer quality assurance; emphasis on safety, managing the expenditure of labor and materials
  • Improving efficiencies, managing route schedules, and callback rates
  • Managing labor and material investments within budget

Education / Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or currently pursuing degree which must be awarded prior to start date in summer 2026. Construction management majors are preferred

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
  • Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
  • Must be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

Salary

The salary range for this role is $80,000-$85,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
