Service Engineer
Role Overview
Otis is growing and is looking for a maintenance mechanic to ensure the safety of passengers by safely maintaining a portfolio of lifts and escalator units.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine service checks on a number of units across the site, recording and escalating findings to the field manager.
- Be the face of the business, often providing updates to clients around work carried out.
- React to sudden breakdowns, working with passengers and the client to provide a technical solution to breakdown issues.
- Perform minor repairs.
