OTIS has recently secured a major long‑term service project with London Underground, and we are building a talent pool of experienced Escalator Service Engineers to support this exciting new programme of work. As part of this project, you’ll carry out routine and reactive maintenance on escalators across the LU network — helping keep millions of passengers moving safely and efficiently every day.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Servicing, maintaining, and fault‑finding on a variety of escalator equipment across the network
  • Reducing downtime through proactive maintenance
  • Working with a wide range of modern and legacy technologies
  • Collaborating with a close‑knit engineering team focused on safety and reliability
