Technical Support Engineer Lift Components Remote working – Leicester Overall Purpose of Job: To provide a technical support function for Lift Component Administrators and customers to enhance sales capabilities. To maintain and update technical data and information on the Lift Components Website which will create data driven metrics to drive excellence/quality/customer satisfaction and simplicity. Responsibilities Adding/Maintaining and Updating technical data on the Lift Components Website. Dealing with technical enquiries from external customers. Providing Technical guidance as required for Lift Components Administrators. Ad hoc support to Lift Component Administrators as required which could include leaver and starter support.
