We've learned from low-cost airlines and the proven Japanese pod hotels to create a bespoke concept with an industry-first, fully digitised customer journey.
What You'll Do
- Lead the guest experience - Create an environment that's safe, welcoming and efficient. Handle issues with confidence and care.
- Safety first - Always be vigilant and alert. Engage, and respond with calm, follow protocol. Guest and team safety is paramount.
- Manage the flow - Monitor and control guest traffic across high volume transitions: arrivals, departures, communal spaces avoiding friction, queues or confusion.
- Maintain the space - Keep our gallery and huddle impeccably clean, presentable and brand aligned. Partner with housekeeping and maintenance to deliver the standard.
