OTG is a global talent management agency with teams in London and New York City. We launched our talent division of the business in 2021 and are growing quickly.

Our Senior Agents are responsible for strategically and proactively building the careers of their own roster of athletes as well as those athletes on the wider OTG roster, from managing their reputation and image, and on-field opportunities, to securing commercial partnerships, to developing talent-led IP and much more in between. They are independent, high-revenue drivers who lead on different areas of the business to deliver growth opportunities across all forms of sport, media and entertainment for the roster.

We are looking for a Senior Sports Agent with unrivalled experience and strong relationships in sports to help build and grow a new division of the business. After just three years, OTG has become one of the most highly respected and sought after talent management agencies and whilst the focus has been on digital-first talent to date, we are now looking to expand our offering – sport is part of this growth plan. Create and develop ambitious but realistic strategies for your athletes, which are impactful, commercial and drive long-term, sustainable careers
Proactively pitch, negotiate and secure commercial brand partnerships and revenue-driving career opportunities to target for your athletes
Strategically identify opportunities for your athletes to diversify their careers and revenue streams into other areas of sport, media and entertainment including, but not limited to, social media, publishing, product development, podcasting, licensing, and live
Independently negotiate small to complex on- and off-field deals and contracts for your athletes to a high standard
Own relationships with key sporting third parties on behalf of your athletes and the wider roster
Provide your athletes with advice and insight on their social media content strategies to ensure high-quality content, growth and strong engagement
Foresee any potential challenges or roadblocks related to your athletes and projects, and prepare for/ mitigate them in advance
Manage and guide junior team members to handle tasks for your talent, including:
Arranging travel, accommodation and call sheets
Coordinating brand clients and athletes on the creation, delivery and execution of commercial content
Gathering analytics, insights and feedback to share with brands post-campaign and creating case studies
Creating and sharing tailored and targeted commercial partnership pitches with brands
With the support of a Talent Director, lead on building and growing OTG’s sporting capabilities and network, ensure our athletes are front of mind for commercial opportunities, and proactively identify, pitch and secure new opportunities for both our sport-first and digital-first talent
Lead on on-field negotiations for your athletes, always being proactive for long-term goals
Work with a Talent Director in scouting and signing new athletes to the roster in line with OTG’s vision
A FIFA Agent License (or alternative sport equivalent) is preferable
A network of strong sports contacts and relationships with a proven record of securing opportunities for your athletes through them
A clear understanding of strategic talent management and securing/ negotiating/reviewing large, complex deals
Proven record of generating athlete revenue to target across multiple revenue streams including, but not limited to, on-field contracts, brand partnerships, licensing, podcasting, publishing, broadcast
Possess in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the talent, sports and social media industry
Ability to handle difficult conversations with team, talent and third parties, always with an empathic and solutions-focused mindset and in a confident, calm manner
Interpret data and analytics across broadcast and social media platforms to glean insight that can be utilised to athletes’ advantage
Must demonstrate a high quality of work performed both accurately and efficiently to deadlines
Adaptable self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects and talent simultaneously with a persistent, determined and positive attitude
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, Canva and Google Drive
