OTG represents over 100+ talents across digital, entertainment, gaming, and sport. As a talent-first agency, we want to ensure that as we continue to grow, our talent managers’ rosters remain small so that our creators receive best-in-class service to support their careers.

We’re looking to hire a Junior Talent Manager to join the team, where you’ll be responsible for building your own talent roster. The role will report to and work alongside the Talent Management team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Independently manage a small roster of 3+ talent of your own.
  • Commercial content scheduling and work-related diary management for talent.
  • Manage talent email inboxes, scoping out initial enquiries, sharing media kits and fees.
  • Coordinate with brand clients and talent on the creation, delivery, and execution of commercial content.
  • Gather analytics, insights, and feedback to share with brands post-campaign and create case studies.
  • Create and share tailored and targeted commercial partnership pitches with brands.
  • Handle all gifting and event invites for talent.
  • Proactively pitch, negotiate, and secure commercial partnerships to target for your talent.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts for your talent with the support of a Talent Manager or Senior Talent Manager, as required.
  • Start building relationships with key agencies, brands, and other third parties for and on behalf of your talent and the wider roster.
  • Begin to strategically identify opportunities for your talent to diversify their careers and revenue streams into other areas of media and entertainment.
  • Provide your talent with topline advice and insight on their content strategies - both organic and commercial.
  • With a solutions-focused mindset, handle any challenges with the support of a Talent Manager or Senior Talent Manager, as required.
  • Collaborate with senior members of the team to develop ambitious but realistic strategies for your talent, which are impactful, commercial, and drive long-term, sustainable careers.
  • Embody OTG’s values and high standards when representing the agency both internally and externally.
ABOUT YOU:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the talent management industry.
  • A clear understanding and passion for talent management, social media, and brand partnerships.
  • Ability to identify emerging talent and trends within social media and entertainment.
  • Understand and confidently negotiate a majority of contracts.
  • Proven record of securing commercial partnerships and upselling.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Must demonstrate a high quality of work performed both accurately and efficiently to deadlines.
  • Adaptable self-starter who can manage multiple projects and talent simultaneously with a persistent, determined, and positive attitude.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and pragmatic with day-to-day tasks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ambitious and driven to achieve positive results.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, Canva, and Google Drive.
