We’re looking for a skilled technical writer who can transform complex concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content. In this role, you’ll craft whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, and documentation that showcase our solutions for technical audiences. Your storytelling will help businesses worldwide gain critical insights into their systems and applications.

What you’ll do:

  • Write high-quality whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, and technical documentation from start to finish.
  • Simplify complex ideas and technical details for a variety of audiences.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, product strategists, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all content.
  • Edit and proofread materials to ensure top-notch quality.
  • Manage multiple writing projects while meeting deadlines.

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in Computer Science, English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience writing technical content, particularly long-form pieces like whitepapers and ebooks.
  • Experience documenting B2B SaaS products in a relevant space (observability, security, acceleration, etc).
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Experience working with content management systems and collaboration tools.
